UNION, part of ASSA ABLOY Security Solutions, a UK division of ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in door opening solutions, has released the updated ES110 Electric Strike, which includes new features to make installation easier.
The ES110 series is now supplied as standard with dual voltage 12/24v DC capacity, allowing adaptability to individual installations. Its design means customers no longer have to choose between voltages.
Furthermore, all products are now offered with both short and long stainless steel face plates included as standard. With both options available, customers can easily install the appropriate faceplate for either metal or timber door applications.
Including the faceplates and dual voltages with every model, the ES110 reduces the number of products required for both resellers and installers, as well as time spent ordering the correct part for the application.
The existing standard features carried over include a quickly reversible fail lock and unlock function, a high holding force of up to 3,000lbs and protection against dust and water ingress to IP56. The ES110 is also tested up to one million cycles and offered with a five-year warranty.
