ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in door opening solutions, has unveiled the latest integrated security and access control technologies it will be showcasing for critical infrastructure organisations at IFSEC 2018.

Held at ExCeL London on the 19 – 21 June, visitors to stand F320 in Hall S7 at IFSEC 2018 will discover the latest innovations to help ‘access smarter thinking’ for critical infrastructure applications.

Key innovations from the organisation’s Abloy brand will be on display. These include PROTEC2 CLIQ®, a web-based security management solution that allows for the remote management of diverse or large electromechanical master-keyed sites at any time, from anywhere in the world.

PROTEC2 CLIQ®, provides comprehensive audit trails on cylinders and padlocks, recording who used each key, where and when. It offers the ability to remove permissions quickly and easily for lost or stolen keys, providing secure key management at all times. The solution also utilises CLIQ® Connect, a revolutionary, highly encrypted online management system that uses advanced Bluetooth® 4.0 technology, so users can activate or update keys wirelessly from their smartphone.

eCLIQ

Abloy will also be exhibiting its CLIQ® Go and eCLIQ solutions. Designed for busy managers, CLIQ® Go locking technology allows users to manage security and access rights from their smartphone, saving managers time managing access rights for their workforce.

Meanwhile, eCLIQ offers users reliable protection and maximum flexibility for a wide range of buildings and facilities. Featuring a pioneering chip and 128-bit AES encryption, the eCLIQ system has been developed to offer high security and resistance to electronic attack. eCLIQ’s flexibility means that security managers can easily update access authorisations when required. Lost eCLIQ keys can be quickly revoked, eliminating time and money spent on changing cylinders and re-cutting keys.

Traka devices

ASSA ABLOY’s Traka brand will also be exhibiting its S-Touch key cabinet, which can accommodate up to 60 keys. Allowing for system scalability, the S-Touch key cabinet can operate as a standalone solution or it can be connected to the brand’s advanced key and asset management software, Traka Web.

Aaron Yule, Managing Director at Abloy UK, said: “IFSEC 2018 offers a vital platform to demonstrate how critical infrastructure organisations can ‘access smarter thinking’ with the latest integrated security and access control technologies from ASSA ABLOY. Our cloud-based, programmable locking technology easily integrates with an organisation’s telemetry systems, to help improve efficiencies and protect the nation’s infrastructure.”
