For every locksmith, in every language

Just over 20 years ago, the first Emirates Keys & Immo Tools opened in the UAE. Today, while there may be five branches across the Middle East, the reach of the company’s products and services spans all over the globe. Here, Sales Specialist Zain Al-Abdien Soliman, explains why you can have the best products in the world, but it means nothing if you don’t have the right team in place to get them into the hands of the people that need them the most…

“Emirates has spent the last two decades sourcing and selling the best car keys, car key programming devices, software, updates and more, and almost every year there are new products coming onto our shelves (physically in store and virtually online at our website www.MK3.com).

“But, while we have enjoyed great sales as distributors to all parts of the world, including lots of customers in the UK, one of the biggest challenges we have had to overcome is that of being able to meet customers’ demands in regions that aren’t able to use express shipping, credit card payments, or even PayPal.

“For that reason, in areas such as Africa and South America, we have set up dedicated contracts with both Western Union and MoneyGram to offer customers easy and safe payment, plus hired a team member to organise shipping specifically for those countries.

“Emirates currently employs 14 employees who speak numerous languages, a technical support team of four engineers, plus staff who manage stock to ensure orders are shipped on time, and in full. We also attend many shows and expos, to meet clients old and new, display our products and demonstrate the features and benefits of them.

“This dedication to team work within the company, and commitment to customer satisfaction, is undoubtedly the story of our success, and, as a result, we are currently ranked number 14 for our international sales, but I won’t rest until we are number 1.”

As a gift to The Locksmith Journal, Zain is currently offering free shipping to the UK for orders of $200 or more (approx. £150 at time of print).
