Refunds are not to be expected:
When you cancel your Disney Plus subscription, you are not given a refund. You will be charged for the full subscription period if you purchase a subscription on the sixth of any given month and cancel it on the seventh of that same month.

Go to any browser and enter Disneyplus.com.
Enter your account information to log in.From the upper right corner, choose your profile.
