The locking mechanism is powered by four AA batteries, which can be easily replaced without losing the secret code and are conveniently accessed on the outside of the safe, avoiding the risk of flat batteries causing unwanted lockouts. There is also an emergency override lock, which is discretely hidden behind the battery compartment for added security.
Favor safes are available in three popular sizes. The compact S3 E offers 12.4 litres of storage, making it ideal for discreet placement in cupboards. The 22 litre S5 E can easily take A4 documents and features an internal shelf, as does the larger S7 E which boasts a generous 45 litre capacity.
